  1.  Personal Information:

When you book any of our services, we collect the data required to carry out the service. Personal Information includes first and last names of passengers, age of passengers, number of passengers, billing address, email address, telephone number, flight number, date and time.

The personal information entrusted to us will be used to contact you, send e-mails and documents, inform, and update you about your bookings and our services, and answer your questions.

  •  Payment methods:

Your options for paying for your booking include bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. We will process the data required for each service which is necessary to carry out the payment method you have chosen.

The data provided during your payment will be forwarded to the respective banks or financial institutions for the sole purpose of processing the payment.

In the case of payments by credit card, we will only receive the information that a payment has or has not been made, along with the last four (4) digits of the credit card number. We, therefore, have no knowledge of your full credit card number.

For payments via PayPal, we will receive the information that a payment has been made, along with the e-mail address and address you have registered with PayPal.

  •  Booking confirmations:

To ensure that you have all the information you need, we will send you booking confirmations, as well as reminders and updates for upcoming bookings e.g., changed times or meeting points. Booking confirmations are sent to your email address, and/or via SMS to the phone number you provide during the booking process.

  •  Automated data collection:

When accessing our website, your end device automatically transmits data such as access history, service usage, date and time, URL of the accessed page, and IP address. The data will be stored to maintain and improve our services and to prevent fraudulent activities.

Your IP address is only stored for a period of 30 days.

  •  Cookies:

"Cookies" are small files stored on your device with the help of your Internet browser. We use cookies to ensure that our website works properly, provide you with a better browsing experience, and offer you the best service possible. By continuing to use our website, you consent to the use of cookies. You can change your Cookie preferences on your device. However, some services or contents on our website may not be accessible if you choose to disable cookies.

  •  Reviews and ratings:

We offer the possibility to rate and comment on our services. After receiving a service booked through our website, we may ask you to rate it accordingly. Submitting a rating is voluntary. When you submit a rating, we collect the data you enter to improve our services; and publish it on our website. If you wish to have your submitted rating deleted, please contact our customer service.

  •  Compliance with and review of laws, regulations and standards:

We will comply with Japanese laws and other regulations applicable to personal information we hold, and will review the contents of this policy occasionally and strive to improve it.

Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or used per the paragraph above. We will also continue to retain your data where we are required to do so for legal reasons, or where we need the data for a longer period for securing, asserting, or enforcing criminal prosecution or legal claims.

  1. Correction of personal data:

You can request to correct inaccurate personal information by using the Contact Us page of our website. Please provide enough information and describe your request with sufficient detail to enable us to respond to your request. We will need to take reasonable steps to verify your identity before we can respond to your request.
